Halloween costumes for a group?

What’s a good idea for halloween costumes for a group of five-two boys, three girls? I was thinking it would be cool to do something that matches, like a group of characters from the same show. Our ages are 12, 13, 15, 16, and 17.
I was thinking of things like the Velma, Shaggy, Fred, Daphne, and Scooby Doo. Or five characters from the Addams family. Or five different Star Wars characters, or Lord of the Rings. Or maybe Harry Potter. Or being a chain gang, and wearing orange prison outfits and handcuffing ourselves together.
What other options are there, though?
